DIRECT TRACKING URLS and IMAGE RETRIEVAL

This document deals with constructing URLs that link directly to a CLI tracing screen based on various search criteria. For your customers to link directly to the tracing screens described below, they can use the URLs described below.


Please strip out all non-standard or special characters from text fields. Including such characters in text fields will cause requests to fail.

TRACING BY PRO:

For your customers to link directly to a tracing screen for a known shipment number, they can use this URL, replacing �xxx� with the client-specific URL provided to you by CLI and �12345� with the shipment number they are looking for:

xxx/facts.htm?startpage=protrace&pronum=12345

If you are a SAAS customer, construct the URL as follows, replacing �xxx� with the three-letter abbreviation used by CLI to identify your company and �12345� with the shipment number they are looking for:

TRACING BY BILL OF LADING OR REFERENCE NUMBER:

For your customers to link directly to a tracing screen for a known BOL or reference number, they can use this URL, replacing �xxx� with the client-specific URL provided to you by CLI and �12345� with the BOL or reference number they are looking for:

If you are a SAAS customer, construct the URL as follows, replacing �xxx� with the three-letter abbreviation used by CLI to identify your company and �12345� with the BOL or reference number they are looking for:

To obtain the full details of the shipment, including document images, they should include their user name and password:
